Job summary

BFS Foods is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver fast, friendly service to customers in a retail setting. The role requires reading, writing and communicating in English, standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and basic computer use.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, stocking shelves, checking IDs and pricing, and maintaining clean store areas. The position can be full- or part-time and reports to the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and communicate in English.
• Able to stand for up to eight hours.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to learn and operate a computer.
• Customer service oriented and cooperative with staff.
• Shift flexibility and ability to work various hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast and friendly service to customers.
• Interact with customers and assist with questions and checkout.
• Stock shelves and coolers as needed.
• Check identification and pricing of merchandise.
• Clean windows, floors, and general store areas.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and store upkeep.
