Job Title: Customer Service Representative / Kennel Technician

Our busy, growing company is seeking experienced candidates for the positions of Customer Service Representative and Kennel Technician. Please review the responsibilities and qualifications below to join our expanding team.

Responsibilities and Qualities for Customer Service Representative:

• Maintain a clear and professional demeanor
• Greet visitors and customers
• Answer emails and handle inquiries
• Direct calls appropriately
• Manage time effectively
• Take and distribute messages
• Maintain cleanliness of the reception area
• Manage and organize files
• Operate computers and scanners proficiently
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Receive mail and deliveries
• Conduct weekly supply inventory
• Assist with company events
• Support other departments and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Be a positive and effective team player, flexible to changing priorities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Google Docs
• Previous experience working with animals is a plus but not required
• Availability every other weekend

Work Schedule:

• Reception Hours: 8:00-4:30 or 9:00-5:30, Monday through Friday; 8:00-4:00 on Saturday; 10:00-4:00 on Sunday
• Kennel Tech Hours: 6:00-13:00 and 13:00-20:00, 7 days a week

Additional Details:

• Pay Rate: $15-$16 per hour
• Part-time position: 20-30 hours per week
• Number of positions available: 1
