What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive and process customer orders efficiently via telephone
- Provide accurate and courteous responses to customer inquiries
- Solve routine and complex customer service issues, escalating to a supervisor when necessary
- Document customer interactions and maintain records in the DDF system
- Display active listening and superior customer service skills for both external and internal customers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills and solid communication abilities (verbal, written, and listening)
- Ability to type 35-40 words per minute
- Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Flexible and adaptable to change, with a willingness to learn different tasks within the call center
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Medical terminology or experience in a related field is preferred but not required
- Previous experience in a call center environment
- Familiarity with computer systems and software relevant to customer service
