Summary: This role involves inventory management, including receipt, shipment, and maintenance of stock, along with other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accurately prepare orders by pulling materials from stock.
  • Participate in shipping goods to customers and verify shipment accuracy.
  • Process paperwork and signatures for shipments.
  • Operate forklift safely and efficiently.
  • Handle order picking and related processes.
  • Load and unload delivery trucks for receiving and transport.
  • Participate in physical inventory counts and verify stock levels.
  • Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
  • Utilize computer systems for inventory, tracking, shipping, and ordering.
  • Serve as backup driver for deliveries.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years of inventory handling experience.
  • Basic math and procedural understanding.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer literacy; bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
  • Ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Forklift certification is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
  • Warehouse or tile industry experience is advantageous.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
