Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and portals.
• Manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and on-time processing.
• Collaborate with Sales Account Managers, Plant Personnel, and Customer Service team members to support customer requirements and resolve issues.
• Research customer inquiries using ERP, CRM, pricing systems, internal information portals, and EDI reporting tools to provide solutions.
• Support customer escalations by partnering with management and internal stakeholders to drive issue resolution and continuous improvement.
• Act as the voice of the customer by identifying concerns, researching solutions, and providing recommendations to improve the customer experience.

Danfoss is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team in either Plymouth, MN or Van Wert, OH. This position serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely communication, accurate order processing, and exceptional service throughout the customer experience. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to build strong customer relationships, resolve issues effectively, and support customers through proactive communication and problem-solving.

What You’ll Be Doing
