Progressive Leasing is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Utah with a 10/19 start date, offering full-time remote work within 60 miles of Draper. Training is four weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with 100% attendance required.

Weekday shifts 8:30 AM–7:00 PM and every Saturday or Sunday 8:00 AM–7:00 PM; compensation is $17.00 per hour. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, deliver top-tier support, and guide customers through their lease-to-own journey.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with interpersonal skills.

• Computer and typing literacy; able to work across multiple screens.
