This work-from-home role focuses on supporting travelers through the planning and booking process by offering timely assistance, tailored travel options, and professional follow-up. Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with travel inquiries, booking options, and reservation management

Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging tools in a professional and friendly manner

Manage changes, cancellations, and special requests efficiently and accurately

Maintain updated records of client preferences, bookings, and correspondence
