Position Overview:
We’re seeking a dependable and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative with a passion for travel and client satisfaction. This work-from-home role focuses on supporting travelers through the planning and booking process by offering timely assistance, tailored travel options, and professional follow-up. If you're service-minded, detail-oriented, and love travel, this role offers a rewarding opportunity with flexible scheduling and performance incentives.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with travel inquiries, booking options, and reservation management

Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging tools in a professional and friendly manner

Recommend and help book travel arrangements including hotels, resorts, cruises, flights, and activities

Manage changes, cancellations, and special requests efficiently and accurately

Maintain updated records of client preferences, bookings, and correspondence

Collaborate with travel advisors and supplier partners to ensure seamless service

Stay informed on travel trends, destination updates, and special promotions

Deliver a client-first experience that builds trust, loyalty, and repeat business

Qualifications:
Experience in customer service or the travel industry is helpful but not required
