  • Serve as primary point of contact for customers visiting or calling the collision center.
  • Process payments, invoices, and other paperwork associated with repair services.

Qualifications
  • Communicate effectively with customers, peers, and insurance representatives both verbally and in writing.
  • Prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Basic understanding of automotive repair processes and terminology is preferred.
  • Comfortable using computer software.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor when dealing with customers who might be stressed due to their vehicle being damaged.
  • MUST have a valid driver's license with a clean record.
