Heathparkeragency, a State Farm Insurance Agent team in Mobile, AL, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our full-time staff. You will establish relationships, provide prompt service on inquiries about insurance availability, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.

Responsibilities include educating customers on options, following up, and delivering friendly, professional service.
