As a Customer Service Representative Specialist Sr within PNC's Treasury Management Care Center organization, you will be based remotely. This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.

  • Candidate will be located within Pacific Standard Time zone
  • Shift will be 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM PST / 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM EST

Job Description

  • Performs advanced customer service activities and initiatives for specialized products and services, supporting a complex suite of products/services and a sophisticated client base. Focus on problem resolution across multiple channels, delivering CARES model to customers and service partners.
  • Receives, investigates, and responds to customer inquiries regarding complex products, services, and issues via all customer service channels.
  • Resolves customer service inquiries and issues, recommends solutions, and acts as an escalation point for complex or recurring issues. May interact with higher levels within the customer organization.
  • Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction, demonstrates commitment to quality, and may serve as a coach, mentor, or trainer to the customer service team.
  • Documents customer interactions and completes service requests to minimize customer effort and follow-up actions.

  • Managing Risk - assessing and managing risks to adhere to PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.

Qualifications

Candidates should demonstrate relevant knowledge, skills, and experience, including:

  • Core Competencies: Accuracy, Client Relationship Management, Customer Experience, Critical Thinking, Effective Communication, Fraud Prevention, Multitasking, Problem Solving, Tech Savvy
  • Work Experience: Typically 3+ years, with an Associates degree or equivalent; equivalent experience or certifications may be considered.
  • Education: Associates degree required
  • Certifications & Licenses: None required

Pay Range

Base Salary: $31,000 – $62,400. Salaries vary based on location, skills, experience, and education. Incentives are also available.
