Mini Mall Storage is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Self Storage) for a part-time daytime position. You will assist customers in person, by phone, and online, and help convert inquiries into rentals while ensuring the facility remains safe and welcoming.

The role involves handling rental agreements, payments, and documentation, supporting collections, and performing property inspections. A background check and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or property management is an asset.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Background check is required.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person, by phone, and online.
• Convert leads into rentals through consultative selling and relationship building.
• Complete rental agreements, payments, and customer documentation accurately.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
