Mini Mall Storage in Lake Charles, LA is hiring a Customer Service Representative (Self Storage) to blend customer service, sales, and property operations. You will assist customers in person, by phone, and online; convert leads into rentals; process rentals, payments, and documentation; support collections, inspections, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or property management is an asset.
• Background check is required and basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person, by phone, and online.
• Convert leads into rentals through consultative selling and relationship building.
• Complete rental agreements, payments, and customer documentation accurately.
• Support collections, delinquency management, and auction processes.
• Conduct property inspections and maintain unit inventory.
• Ensure the facility meets cleanliness, safety, security, and brand standards.
• Process payments and complete daily business reconciliation.
• Support maintenance and property improvement initiatives.
• Safely lift, carry, and transport materials up to 50 lbs occasionally.
