Job summary

Mini Mall Storage is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Self Storage) to join our operations- brimming team in Katy, TX. The role combines customer service, sales, and property operations to help customers find storage solutions while keeping our facility safe, clean, and welcoming.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or property management is an asset.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• A background check is part of our hiring process.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, are expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person, by phone, and online.
• Convert leads into rentals through consultative selling and relationship building.
• Complete rental agreements, payments, and customer documentation accurately.
• Support collections, delinquency management, and auction processes.
• Conduct property inspections and maintain unit inventory.
• Ensure the facility meets cleanliness, safety, security, and brand standards.
• Process payments and complete daily business reconciliation.
• Support maintenance and property improvement initiatives.
• Safely lift, carry, and transport materials weighing up to 50 lbs on occasion.
