Mini Mall Storage in Huntington, TX is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Self Storage) to blend customer service, sales, and property operations. Help customers find storage solutions while keeping the facility safe, clean, and welcoming.

This full-time daytime role offers competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities. You will assist customers in person, by phone, and online, process rentals and payments, and support collections and maintenance as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or property management is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• As part of our hiring process, a background check is required.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person, by phone, and online.
• Convert leads into rentals through consultative selling and relationship building.
• Complete rental agreements, payments, and customer documentation accurately.
• Support collections, delinquency management, and auction processes.
• Conduct property inspections and maintain unit inventory.
• Ensure the facility meets cleanliness, safety, security, and brand standards.
• Process payments and complete daily business reconciliation.
• Support maintenance and property improvement initiatives.
• Safely lift, carry, and transport materials weighing up to 50 lbs occasionally.
