A global customer service organization is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to provide support to customers while working from home. The Customer Service Representative-Remote (Ultimate Medical Academy Grads Only) works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the Internet. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding clients products and/or services.
