Job Summary: Customer Service Representative – OES, will support Decore-ative Specialties customer base in all ways from service to sales, by providing excellence through establishing relationships with all customers by processing orders, following through on any special requests and meeting the customer’s needs as they arise.

Essential Functions:

1. Customer support via faxes and internet orders
2. Follow all applicable standard work procedures
3. Adhere to 5S guidelines
4. Place all types of fax or internet orders via the custom order entry system
5. Process credits as required
6. Handle specialty item action items for technical orders
7. Process all special pricing requests to the pricing team

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• High school diploma with 2+ years of experience in customer service/sales or a college degree
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Obtain full understanding of all wood and Deco-form product lines, including:
• Doors, drawer fronts, glass doors, French lites
• Drawer boxes
• Moldings and accessory items
• Finishing types
• Ready To Assemble (RTA) cabinet line - basic understanding
• Basic specialty items
• Will learn all system requirements for:
• Custom order entry
• CRM
• Email
• Shipping
• Anytime
