Qualifications

Job description

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer 30-50 incoming phone calls daily, assisting customers with inquiries and medical referrals
- Actively listen and document required information in computer systems while addressing customer needs
- Assist customers in obtaining prescribed medical equipment and supplies
- Verify insurance eligibility and obtain necessary authorizations for coverage
- Research and resolve complex customer issues by collaborating with support resources

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service within a call center environment
- Proficiency with computers and Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new systems
- Availability to work an 8-hour shift during normal business hours (8:00 am - 5:00 pm PST) and occasional overtime as needed
