Position Summary
  • Must live within 50 miles of Charleston, WV
  • Training Schedule: (First 6 weeks) 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday
  • Production schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday

As a Member Service Representative, you will provide telephone assistance to Aetna Medicaid members and providers. Responsibilities include inquiries about eligibility, provider changes, and ID requests. Strong customer skills are essential as calls are inbound, and delivering an excellent caller experience is a priority.

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To
  • Answering inbound member and provider calls regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization, and additional programs.
  • Requires high-speed internet with secure Ethernet connection; Wi-Fi is not permitted.
  • Company provides equipment and training.
Required Qualifications
  • Must commute to Charleston, WV office if unable to work remotely due to technical issues.
  • Effective communication skills, ability to meet performance, attendance, and call quality standards.
  • Ability to work independently from home.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working remotely in a call center environment.
  • Experience with Medicaid and Medicare.
Education
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Additional Details
  • Weekly hours: 40
  • Employment type: Full-time
  • Pay range: $17.00 - $25.65 per hour, depending on experience and other factors.
