This role emphasizes a seamless, personalized experience and requires detail-oriented, service-driven individuals who enjoy hospitality and helping clients plan memorable itineraries.

As a 100% remote position, you will use booking systems and digital tools to handle inquiries, changes, and special requests while maintaining accurate records

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience (travel, hospitality, or service-related preferred).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using computers, booking systems, and digital communication tools.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple client requests efficiently.
• Genuine interest in hospitality and helping clients plan memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Assist clients with luxury and leisure bookings, including changes, cancellations, and special requests.
