Customer Service Representative (Remote)

Responsibilities include:

• Resolving first and second-tier customer service calls
• Verifying contacts and account details
• Addressing and resolving customer problems
• Escalating issues to supervisors or relevant departments
• Maintaining logs and records
• Proactively contacting accounts needing attention
• Potentially interfacing with offshore call centers
• Handling billing inquiries and order fulfillment

Qualifications:

Salary Range: $15.60 - $20.90 hourly, based on experience and location.
