Overview

A nationwide Healthcare Finance company based out of Oregon is hiring Customer Service Representatives for their Beaverton, Oregon team. This is a long-term opportunity to join a growing team that cares about its employees. The position is remote, but candidates must be local to Beaverton, Oregon area as equipment will need to be picked up locally.

Responsibilities
  • Handle both inbound and outbound phone calls (approximately 50/50) to assist patients using the program with the goal of growing program enrollment, driving payment activity, and delivering first-class customer service.
  • Serve as the primary phone contact for account holders and potential account holders; handle inbound calls and outbound calls, including welcome calls to new account holders, calls on past-due accounts, servicing calls to non-enrolled accounts, and special campaigns to support patient advocacy.
  • Document call activity and engagements using a proprietary CRM; escalate complaints as needed and answer patient questions.
  • Receive ongoing quality evaluations, coaching, and mentoring from Customer Care supervisors, leads, and peers; remain coachable and receptive to feedback.
  • Provide white-glove, first-class service as an advocate for the patient and an ambassador for the brand.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Customer service experience with a strong customer service mindset
  • High school diploma and/or relevant work experience preferred
  • 1–2 years of telephone customer support or call center experience preferred
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00–$20.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment.
