Maschmeyer Concrete Company of Florida is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Dispatch) to join our Hudson, FL team. You will handle incoming calls, schedule concrete deliveries, process payments, and maintain clear communication with Delivery Professionals.

Prior experience is preferred but not required; strong communication, basic computer skills, and willingness to learn are essential. Availability Monday through Saturday; bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of ready-mix concrete; preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills; including Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to learn.
