Your key responsibilities:

Greet customers, operate the register, perform cashier duties, make purchase suggestions, and occasionally work with our food program. You will work in various areas of the store (inside and outside) to maintain high standards for store appearance and provide fast, friendly service to customers.

Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.

You will interact with many customers daily while working with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks around the store.

You are good at:

• Selling products to customers
• Providing excellent customer care
• Effective communication and friendly conversation
• Working quickly while having fun
• Collaborating as part of a team to meet goals
• Generating ideas to solve problems
• Thinking quickly and offering suggestions

Great if you have:

• Retail and customer service experience
• Sales associate or cashiering experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Motivation to advance your career
• Willingness to learn and have fun

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds for up to 30 minutes per shift
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to 20 pounds
• Bend and twist for up to one hour per shift
• Use hands for grasping, reaching, manipulating objects, and possibly climbing ladders

Hiring Range: $15.00 to $15.25
