Shift: Mon-Fri 7:30am-4pm. Must have additional availability, including weekends, for a rotating on-call schedule.

As our Customer Service Representative – Team Lead, you will be the shift leader for our Customer Service team assisting patients with hospital check-ins. This role involves overseeing daily performance metrics for Patient Experience Specialists and managing activities that impact patient processing accuracy and timeliness.
Ideal candidates are confident multi-taskers, quick learners with technology, capable of typing and answering phones without prior healthcare experience. You must be prepared to see illness and injuries, be up-to-date on vaccinations, and pass a drug test and background check before hire.

The pay range for this US-based position is $16.88 - $25.51 per hour, based on role, experience, and skills.
