You will work a Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday schedule from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM, across multiple computer systems, handling check-in, registration, and insurance verification while supporting care teams. Provide exceptional customer service and assist patients and families with the check-in process, workingacross multiple computer systems to register patients efficiently
Answer phones and gather accurate patient information quickly in a fast-paced environment
Support timelyaccess to care by minimizing delays in registrationand answeringquestions with confidence, clarity, and compassion
Build trust with patients during moments when they may be ill, anxious, confused, or overwhelmed
Navigate diverse insurance plans and coverage details, enter demographics and medical data, collectco-pays, and provide cost estimates when applicable
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care teams to ensure smooth patient flow

Experience withpatient access, medical registration, insurance verification, or front deskis a plus (but not required)
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to pass a background check, drug test, and meet vaccination requirements
Experience in healthcare administration & patient access
Exposure to revenue cycle, insurance processes, and hospital operations

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $18.90 - $23.62 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
