Job summary

R1 RCM Inc. in Avon, NY is hiring a Patient Registration Customer Service Representative to greet patients and register them quickly and accurately at check-in.

You’ll work across hospital systems, answer phones, gather information, and assist patients who may be ill or anxious, while learning insurance basics and hospital workflows. Shifts are 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with three 12-hour shifts per week and rotating weekends and holidays.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $16.12 - $23.21 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
