R1 RCM, Inc. is hiring a Patient Registration Customer Service Representative in Kokomo to welcome patients at hospital check-in. You will navigate registrations, answer questions, and gather accurate information with care and clarity, even in fast-paced environments, while training to handle diverse insurance details.

The role emphasizes compassion, teamwork with clinicians, and a commitment to a positive patient experience in healthcare. Prior experience helps, but training is provided.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service experience with patients.
• Ability to pass background check, drug test, and vaccination requirements.
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required.
