R1 RCM Inc. is seeking a patient access representative for Ascension St. Vincent Fishers. You’ll register patients across multiple computer systems, answer phones, and gather information quickly with empathy in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, ability to navigate diverse insurance plans, and composure when patients are anxious. A High School Diploma or GED is required, and background checks and vaccination requirements must be met.

Location and Shift

Location: Ascension St. Vincent Fishers

Shift: 3, 12-hour shifts per week rotating weekends and holidays

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $16.12 - $23.21 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
