Customer Service Representative (Part-Time), West Coast Hours

The Booth by LoveStream is a fast-growing startup disrupting the event industry by integrating technology into unique guest experiences. We are a high-energy, fast-paced company that values attention to detail, accountability, and high-level execution. This is a part-time remote role assisting clients via text, email, and phone.

We are hiring two candidates—one for West Coast hours and one for East Coast hours.

Position Overview:

We seek motivated, customer-focused individuals to join as Part-Time Customer Success Representatives. Responsibilities include providing administrative support, assisting clients via phone, text, and email, and ensuring seamless event operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, tech-savvy, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Answer calls, respond to emails, support clients before, during, and after events.
  • Administrative Tasks: Update client records, process orders, respond to inquiries, maintain documentation, manage FedEx shipments, and inform clients proactively.
  • Event Support: Support clients during events, troubleshoot issues, follow scripts for consistent communication.
  • Problem Solving & Escalation: Escalate complex issues, use problem-solving skills, utilize software tools, and adapt to new technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Availability for West Coast or East Coast hours as specified.
  • Reliability, punctuality, adaptability to schedule changes.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for professional client interactions.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Passion for client success and exceeding expectations.
  • Independence & Reliability: Manage multiple tasks independently, own client issues.
  • Technology Savvy: Proficient with basic office software, quick learner of new tools.

  • Familiarity with FedEx tracking and delivery issues.

Hours/Schedule:
