Job summary

R1 RCM Inc. in Panama City Beach, FL is seeking a PRN part-time frontline healthcare customer service associate. You will help guests with check-in across multiple systems, answer calls, verify information, collect co-pays, and support care teams.

Training is provided and roles involve on-call shifts with 8–12 hour blocks. Shifts require day, evening, and overnight availability, including holidays and weekends.

Location: Ascension Sacred Heart Bay Diagnostic Imaging Center. Panama City Beach, FL.

Shift: PRN- part time, work as needed. Open availability required for as needed shifts (must have day, evening, and overnight availability to be considered). Holiday and weekend availability is required. Shifts will range between 8-12 hours. Hours will include a rotating on-call schedule. PRN associates will be cross trained in multiple departments as needed.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $16.00 - $21.10 per hour. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
