R1 RCM Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Patient Registration in Navarre, FL for PRN, part-time shifts. The role is the first contact for patients, ensuring fast, compassionate access to care and accurate registration across multiple systems.

You will work across rotating on-call schedules, including holiday and weekend availability, and be cross-trained in multiple departments to support patient flow and revenue cycle goals.

Responsibilities

• Support timely access to care by minimizing delays in registration and answer questions clearly.
• Build trust with patients who may be ill or anxious.
• Navigate insurance plans, enter demographics, collect co-pays, and provide cost estimates.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care teams to ensure smooth patient flow.

Location: Ascension Sacred Heart Navarre Shift: PRN- part time, work as needed. Open availability required for as needed shifts (must have day, evening, and overnight availability to be considered). Holiday and weekend availability is required. Shifts will range between 8-12 hours. Hours will include a rotating on-call schedule. PRN associates will be cross-trained in multiple departments as needed.

For this US‑based position, the base pay range is $16.00 - $21.10 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
