Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company and North America's leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is seeking an Overnight Customer Service Representative at the Kenosha, WI location. You'll build customer relationships, provide solutions and deliver legendary service in a fast-paced environment.

Full-time hours include 4- or 5-day on-site schedules with weekends. Eligible employees receive health insurance, 401(k) with 6% match from day one, paid holidays, tuition

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert! We’ll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
• Build business relationships with customers over phone, email and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend Uline's best solutions.
• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.
