Job summary

Uline in Kenosha, WI is seeking an Overnight Customer Service Representative to build relationships, deliver solutions and provide legendary service. You will be trained with world‑class tools and work in a fast, friendly, customer‑driven environment.

Roles include handling orders, offering product guidance, and resolving inquiries via phone, email, and chat while helping customers navigate the online ordering portal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong problem solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, with training provided.

Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, make product recommendations and handle account inquiries using world-class technology.
• Be a product and solutions expert! We'll equip you to answer product, pricing and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

• Help customers navigate Uline's website and online ordering.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, listening and communication skills.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus, but if you are eager to learn, we will train you!
