The Role

As a Member Services Representative, you'll be the reassuring voice on the other end of the line, providing top-tier assistance for roadside emergencies and travel-related needs. From flat tires to trip planning questions, you'll turn stress into smiles with your calm demeanor and problem-solving skills.

What You’ll Do

• Handle incoming calls from members in need of emergency roadside assistance or membership support
• Assist members with travel-related services & products—trip routing, accommodation support, or general inquiries
• Educate members on their plan features, perks, and how to make the most of their membership
• Communicate clearly and compassionately, especially during high-stress situations
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service and continuous improvement
