Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Customer Service Representative to enhance member experience and drive new member sales at our club. You will greet guests, manage front desk tasks, tours, and sign-ups while assisting with sign-ups, cancellations and account updates.

Daily duties include handling member inquiries, resolving issues with guidance from managers, and keeping the facility clean and welcoming for all visitors and members.

Qualifications

• Honesty and a strong work ethic are essential.
• Customer service skills are required to exceed member expectations.
• Basic computer skills for member accounts and POS tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist potential members, creating a positive experience.
• Handle front desk tasks: answer calls, take info, schedule tours.
• Assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates.
• Address member service issues and escalate to the Club Manager when needed.
• Help maintain the club’s neatness and cleanliness.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Reports to: Club Manager

Status: Full Time/Part Time/Non-Supervisor/Non-Exempt

Job Summary

Responsible for new member sales and creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet/meet potential members, providing a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk related tasks:
  • Answering phone calls in a polite and friendly manner to assist with questions or concerns.
  • Taking info calls and tours
  • Assist in member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, BCM amenity usage, and updating member account information.
• Facilitate member services issues and questions and forward to Club Manager/Manager in Training/Team Lead as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.

Minimum Qualifications

Physical Demands

• Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
• Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
• Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time.
