As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and providers, assisting with medication orders, addressing concerns, and updating provider information. Empathy and positive interaction are essential to foster strong relationships. The role involves researching complex issues, documenting interactions, and meeting quality and productivity standards.
This is a full-time remote position with flexible hours, including occasional overtime and weekends. Training is provided virtually over several weeks. The hourly pay ranges from $16.00 to $28.85, depending on experience and location.
