Customer Service Representative - National Remote

Lensa, a leading career site, is assisting UnitedHealth Group in seeking professionals for a full-time Customer Service Representative role. This position offers the flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the U.S. and involves providing telephonic customer service support to members, customers, and providers.

Position Details:

• Work hours: 8-hour shifts during 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Wednesday, and 3:00pm - 11:30pm PST Thursday to Friday. Occasional overtime may be required.
• Training: On-the-job training weeks, schedule to be discussed on start date.

Responsibilities:

• Provide telephonic customer service support, answering and resolving inquiries from members, customers, and providers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years or older
• At least 1 year of customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as a PBX operator
• Bilingual fluency
• Knowledge of medical terminology and EPIC system

Telecommuting Requirements:

• Secure, dedicated work area

The hourly pay ranges from $16.00 to $28.85, based on experience and other factors. Benefits include comprehensive packages, incentives, equity stock purchase, and 401k contributions.
