Job summary

ASC Engineered Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the primary contact for our customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in coordination with the outside sales team.

Based in the United States, the CSR will help maintain ASC’s reputation for excellence by delivering timely, accurate information and outstanding support to ensure customer satisfaction on the national team.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering high-quality customer service is preferred.
• Ability to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.

In coordination with our outside sales team, the Customer Service Representative is the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing outstanding support. The CSR plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining ASC’s reputation for excellence.

We are currently looking to fill this spot on our National Team. If you work in Romeoville, this schedule would be Monday through Friday, 8:00am- 5:00pm
