Motion Industries in Connecticut is seeking a Customer Service Representative II to determine and meet customer expectations, handle quotes, take orders by phone or email, and support more junior reps.
You will build lasting customer relationships, manage inventory and backorders, select cost-effective shipping, and resolve problems to maximize satisfaction and profit. This role requires reliability, strong communication, multitasking, and proficiency with computer systems.
Under general supervision, the Customer Service Representative II ensures customer expectations are accurately determined and are fully met. The Customer Service Representative II may provide guidance to less experienced Customer Service Representatives or may support specific customer(s).
Excellent driving record preferred. All company vehicles are subject to continuous video monitoring.
