The Parks and Recreation Department of the Town of Brunswick is seeking candidates for a regular part-time Customer Service Representative II position.
The ideal candidate will have proven supervisory skills and a strong customer service background. Additional requirements include strong computer skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A positive and helpful attitude while working with the public is essential.
This position is primarily responsible for greeting and assisting customers at the Brunswick Recreation Center. Specific job duties will include:
This position is regular part-time and will work a minimum of 20 hours a week, with the ability to go up to 34 hours a week. The schedule will be flexible with shifts varying within the following timeframes: Monday to Friday 6:00am-8:00pm, Saturday 7:00am-6:00pm, and Sunday 10:00am-6:00pm.
The starting pay rate is $18.00-$18.94 per hour. This position is eligible for the accrual of vacation, sick leave, holidays, and other benefits on a pro-rata basis proportionate to the benefits available to a regular full-time employee.
