About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Contact Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients via phone, providing high-quality service and administrative support. Responsibilities include managing appointment scheduling, prescription refill coordination, and conducting outreach calls. This position offers flexibility in work location (remote, hybrid, or onsite), and is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who thrives in a patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments
  • Process prescription refill requests according to clinic protocols
  • Document patient interactions clearly in the EPIC electronic medical record system
  • Route messages and calls appropriately to internal departments
  • Conduct outbound calls to support patient outreach efforts
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and empathy in all communications
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, administrative support, or a call center environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English preferred
  • Familiarity with EPIC or other electronic medical record systems preferred
  • Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and organizational skills
