    Job Responsibilities:
    - Respond to member and provider inquiries via telephone and written correspondence
    - Assist with website registration and navigation
    - Document activities through CRM application
    - Process customer correspondence and provide timely follow-up
    - Coordinate member transportation and make referrals as needed
    - Maintain performance and quality standards
    - Research claim payment inaccuracies and route to appropriate team for adjustment
    - Identify trends and provide process improvements

    Qualifications:
    - High school diploma or equivalent
    - Computer skills and ability to learn new systems
    - Customer service, call center, healthcare, or insurance experience preferred
    - Bilingual skills preferred in some markets
    - Missouri Registered Pharmacy Tech license required for Foundation Care
