Ardent Mills is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, coordinating with mill schedulers, transportation, sales and supply chain. You will manage orders, price confirmations, and incidents while maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering reliable service.

The role requires a degree or equivalent experience, willingness to work hybrid, and occasional after-hours coverage.

Customer Service RepresentativeYour role:As the Customer Service Representative (CSR) you will be the key liaison between Ardent Mills’ external customers and internal stakeholders building trust and serving those both inside and outside of the organization.The CSR is responsible for managing and maintaining strong customer relationships as the primary point of contact for an assigned customer base and acting as the voice of the customer back to the business. The CSR will solicit customer orders based on customer trends and/or customer inventory. This person will also work cross-functionally with mill schedulers, transportation, sales and supply chain to ensure Ardent Mills is meeting our customer’s expectations.Customer Relationship Management: The CSR will act as a liaison between the customer and all internal Ardent Mills functions. The CSR will create and foster positive customer relationships through daily/weekly interaction and timely and professional service. In addition, this person will acquire/maintain customer insight/information and provide it to the business.Incident Management: The CSR will work to resolve customer incidents, collaborating with all parties to make decisions that are best for all involved. Our salary ranges are broad, and individual salary will be market competitive based on a candidate’s unique set of skills and level of experience. The starting range for this position is $25.90 - $34.57, with additional earning potential possible commensurate with experience. Additionally, we believe that our team members are the reason for our success and all team members are incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and individual results achieved.
