We truly care, not only for our pet parents and patients, but also for the well-being and work-life balance of our staff!Responsibilities include but are not limited to:* Greeting clients and patients as they arrive for appointments and notifying technical staff when they arrive.* Checking in/out patients; processing payments.* Answering phone calls and routing calls as necessary; processing faxes and emails in a timely manner.* Acting as a liaison to effectively communicate information between clients and medical staff.* Coordinating and scheduling appointments; identifying potential emergencies and scheduling them appropriately; confirming appointments.* Maintaining and ensuring accuracy of client/patient accounts; entering and obtaining previous medical records for new patients and updating accounts as necessary.* Client education; becoming familiar with preventatives, vaccinations, routine testing, etc. to be able to confidently discuss with clients* Maintaining hospital cleanliness.Candidates must be comfortable handling patients and communicating with clients on a regular basis.Full-time employees are eligible for complete benefits.
