Job summary

XPO, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Los Angeles to support shipments and provide proactive service to customers. You’ll assist with inquiries, manage billing questions and help resolve documentation issues to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Bill shipments according to applicable tariffs and pricing agreements
• Recognize and resolve documentation errors
• Assist customers with inquiries, including tracing shipments, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies and billing and invoicing questions
• Perform general clerical duties as assigned, including answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry and billing
• Process over, short and damaged freight and related documentation for customer resolution

Pay, b enefits and more:

• Expected pay range: $23.57 to $27.06 per hour. Pay is on an annual step progression. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
