Your key responsibilities:

You will greet customers, operate the register, handle cashier duties, make purchase suggestions, and sometimes work with our food program. You will work in various areas of the store (inside and outside) to maintain high standards for store appearance and provide fast, friendly service.

Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.

You will interact with many customers daily, working with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks around the store!

You are good at:

• Selling products to customers
• Providing excellent customer care
• Effective communication and friendly conversation
• Working quickly while having fun
• Collaborating with team members to achieve goals
• Problem-solving and generating ideas
• Thinking quickly and offering suggestions

Great if you have:

• Retail and customer service experience
• Sales associate or cashiering experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Motivation for career advancement
• Willingness to learn and have fun

Physical requirements:

• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes per shift
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push/pull with arms up to 20 pounds of force
• Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift
• Use hands to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects, possibly climbing a ladder to store or retrieve items
