Avis Budget Group is hiring at our airport locations. This outdoor, hands-on role helps customers through the rental and return process on our airport lots.

Your flexibility and customer service skills will make a real difference in every interaction. You'll check vehicles, enter information on a handheld device, and process rentals for loyalty customers while delivering friendly service to ensure a smooth, efficient experience for every customer.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic computer skills (typing/data entry).
• Effective verbal communication and customer service skills.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role where no two days are the same-and where your flexibility and customer service skills make a real difference.

What You'll Do:

• This is an outdoor, multi-function role where you will assist customers throughout various parts of the rental and return process on our airport lots.


• Depending on the location, your responsibilities may include checking vehicles, entering information into a handheld device, processing rentals for loyalty customers, assisting customers at exit gates, and checking in vehicles at return.


• Across all duties, you'll provide professional, friendly customer service to help ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for every customer.

• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely


• 6 months retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
