Avis Budget Group in Newark, New Jersey is hiring immediately for an outdoor, multi-function role at our airport locations. You’ll assist customers throughout the rental and return process on our airport lots, check vehicles, enter information on a handheld device, and help loyalty customers during rentals.

This on-site position requires a valid driver’s license, basic computer skills, and strong customer service.

WhatYou’llDo:

This is an outdoor, multi-function role where you willassistcustomers throughout various parts of the rental and return process on our airport lots. Depending on the location, your responsibilities may include checking vehicles, entering information into a handheld device, processing rentals for loyalty customers,assistingcustomers at exit gates, and checking in vehicles at return.

Across all duties,you’llprovide professional, friendly customer service to help ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for every customer.

• Flexibility to work all shifts

• Must be able to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot; enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods; and drive a variety of vehicles

• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States

• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely

• 6 months retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
