Avis Budget Group is hiring for an outdoor, multi-function customer service role at our airport locations in Tulsa. You’ll assist customers through the rental and return process, check vehicles, and input data on handheld devices while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor.

You must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and be willing to work outdoors and across shifts. Training provided; benefits include PTO and insurance options.

Responsabilités

What You’ll Do:

This is an outdoor, multi-function role where you will assist customers throughout various parts of the rental and return process on our airport lots. Depending on the location, your responsibilities may include checking vehicles, entering information into a handheld device, processing rentals for loyalty customers, assisting customers at exit gates, and checking in vehicles at return. Across all duties, you’ll provide professional, friendly customer service to help ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for every customer.

• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
• 6 months retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
